I really enjoyed the art and story of this comic. I'm new to Aquaman but I love the transition you see in him through this comic from angry , depressed, and a little separated from humanity, all the way through to seeing the glint in his eye as he starts to accept that he may not be popular with everyone, but he is a hero to those he has helped. Just loved this, will be looking for more Aquaman!
Aquaman is awesome. In this story we are shown why Aquaman is a great superhero as he deals with a mysterious enemy. The artwork is stunning, the story is simple but interesting and it sets you up well for the next installment. And as someone new to Aquaman I found this was an easy place to start with this character and not feel out of place.
