Ezio Auditore is back on another adventure walking in the footsteps of Altair!
AC: Revelations is a fantastic game that will appeal to fans of the series and any action/adventure gamer. Set in a wonderfully animated and picturesque setting in Constantinople (modern day Istanbul), the visual aesthetics will keep you captivated. The gameplay is typical of any AC game and welcomes some new additions such as the Den Defence mini-game and taking control of horse-drawn carts on some levels. There is still a plethora of collectables to obtain but thankfully Ubisoft made it easier by allowing you to purchase maps to locate them as well as making Animus fragments appear on your map automatically after you have collected half of them.
Multiplayer is highly enjoyable with even more options and chances to create your own, unique character with specific perks. Overall, a wonderful game that will entertain any gamer of any age. I highly recommend it. 9/10.
Bought this game and was disappointed to see the box art is the “Essentials” one and not the one pictured, not a huge deal, but does look cheaper and not the one version pictured.
