If your a big avatar: the last airbender fan you will want this. Great collectable and a really good extention to the series. Read this and get the link between last air bender and korra.

Greasy read. Has a few tie-ins to The a Legend of Korra. A bit of a short read though. The actual story takes place over a few days. I thought it might be a bit longer..

"Amazing!"

If you're a big fan of Avatar I think you will very much enjoy this. The commentary and concept art included are a big bonus, the quality of the book is very nice too, and getting on to the main attraction – the story has many nice tie-ins to connect the world as we know it in The Last Airbender to Legend of Korra. It also discusses some of the difficulties of serving a purpose greater than yourself – ie: do you seek to serve the world, your nation, or yourself and what does that even mean/entail-

There are a few problems in my opinion with the plot, such as actions that seemed sort of forced on characters to drive the plot, but they can be overlooked/justified somewhat. I wouldn't point any out because spoilers, but the book is definitely worth the $$$.

One thing I would like to point out to anyone who was misguided as I was, while the book is definitely worth it, my understanding was that it was about Zuko's mother. It is not, although it is a tie in to ‘The Search’, which is.
