Description

This book offers ideal preparation for Florida residents seeking success on their state's real estate sales and broker license examinations, as well as the Florida appraiser certification exams. In this new, up-to-date edition, the authors, both veteran real estate experts, provide thorough review of all subject matter covered in all Florida real estate exams. New in this edition are summaries of the latest information and changes in Florida laws, rules, and regulations that Florida test takers must know to succeed on the exams. Seven simulated exams and more than 1,000 end-of-chapter questions give readers plenty of practice for, and familiarity with, the actual exams. All questions have answer keys, with math examples clearly demonstrated.
