This book contains the events from crossing the Line of Control ( LC ) on 04 Dec 1971 at 2200 hours upto the capture of Parbat Ali on 13 Dec 1971, the Cease Fire on 17 Dec 1971 at 2000 hours and subsequent withdrawal to Indian Territory in Dec 1972. It is a recollection of the author's participation in the war as the Intelligence Officer of 2 Mahar which was part of 85 Infantry Brigade where the Indian troops penetrated 60kms deep inside Pakistan territory and over ran their main defences overlooking Naya chor.
