Author Biography

Author of over 60 books and expert on alternative therapies and new age medicine, Richard Craze discovered the Alexander Technique when it was recommended to him by a friend to address constant pain from an old injury. Reinvigorated by the experience, he went on to found a very successful publishing company and to resume exercise and a hectic lifestyle in a pain-free manner.
