Don't bother with this book. Not because of it's contents, but because you'll be waiting for over a month for this. I ordered it but ended up having to cancel because after 32+ days it was somehow lost, and would have to wait a further 2–3 weeks. So unless you're willing to wait 1–2 months for this, don't bother with ANYTHING that is ‘in stock with the supplier’.
