Description

Little Bear longs to be as big and as fast as his mother. In the cold Arctic snow, Mother Bear shows the little bear cub what it’s like to be grown up. But after riding on Mother Bear’s shoulders and snuggling up for the night, Little Bear realises that he’s not quite ready to grow up yet.  A gorgeous 15th anniversary edition of this favourite story. With a wonderfully gentle text from David Bedford (I’ve Seen Santa! and Bedtime for Little Bears) and stunning illustrations from bestselling illustrator Jane Chapman (The Magical Snow Garden, The Very Noisy Night), this beautiful book is perfect for bedtime cuddles.

Author Biography:

David Bedford lives near Norwich in East Anglia with his wife and daughter. After completing his PhD in biology he worked in England and the USA researching antibiotics, but gave it up in 1997 to write full-time. He spends his spare time listening to music and doing t’ai chi. Jane Chapman has been illustrating for Little Tiger Press for almost 25 years and has produced many bestselling and award-winning titles. She has two sons. Jane lives in Dorset, England.
