Description

A TECHNOLOGY MYSTERY THRILLER about how the NSA/CIA invented Bitcoin money transfer and used it to track down Osama bin Laden. Chapters 18 and 19 can be taken as a technical critique of Blockchain/Bitcoin in a vernacular language, which readers with no background in Computer Science/Engineering can understand. Cryptocurrency investors are highly recommended to read. Computer Engineer Vincent LeBlanc solved the No 1 technology-related mystery of the 21st century: who is Satoshi Nakamoto, the inventor of Bitcoin? He also accidentally discovered another dark tie to Bitcoin, a cryptcocurrency with a market valued at hundreds of billions of dollars. But his discoveries quickly led to his murder. After finding his brother's murder on the streets of Ottawa, freelance investigative journalist Sylvie LeBlanc, partnered with his brother's former colleague Kyle Huffman, tore into finding the cause of the murder. They unknowingly walked into an inextricable entanglement with a stranger thousands of miles away, an architect and an unorthodox specialist of counterintelligence. They were racing with invisible forces to find the secrets unearthed and left behind by Vincent LeBlanc. The powerful invisible forces would stop at nothing to cover up their dark ties with Bitcoin.
