Love love love the thermo pots, they look awesome and when following the directions, I've tucked into soups and stews that have been in the thermo pot 7hrs+, and it's still a hot meal – much better than other food flasks. A total blessing for those of us who work/play/lunch outdoors in the colder months :-)
