Koji Igurashi helps to revive a genre he pioneered. Dripping with nostalgia for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Bloodstained continues the legacy set before it while being the best of its forefathers with it.
Ira not terrible, it's not great. Let down by clunky feeling controls and lack of customization. Having the consistently access the start menu to use basic items, potions, ether etc gets tedious. Otherwise for fans of metroidvanias this should hit the mark. Best to get on sale.
