BLOW tells the story of Tay, a young man living on the dangerous streets of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Although he was making a decent living selling weed, he one day discovers something far more sinister. Blow. Heroin, or Horse depending on what era you're from. After doing a little research, he finds out that he can make more money by selling blow than crack or coke.
