I ordered two of these this week. The first arrived with a glass carafe and I'd be happy to give it a 5 star rating. However the second was plastic and feels cheap. Obviously Bodum is cost cutting. While I'm disappointed with the product, I can't fault Mighty Ape's amazing customer service
Got this to replace a cheap one that broke. Really impressed with the quality of the glass and the design. Works well and great for making the morning cup of coffee. 3 cup bodum makes enough for 1 mug.
