Description

Unlike traditional dumbbells, the true power of kettlebells lies in their unique shape, as their centre of mass is extended beyond the hand, allowing more muscle groups to be utilised during the movements. The result is a much more effective workout. The kettlebell has now attracted the attention of fitness professionals and is increasingly available for public use. For the first time, female readers are offered a comprehensive guide to this unique muscle-building tool, complete with workouts designed for all levels of fitness.
