J.L. Warnock is a member of the "Boomer Generation" who grew up in a small community, volunteered for service during the Vietnam War, came home to marry his college sweetheart and earned BS and MS degrees in education. He taught elementary school in a low income area for 27 years, retired, and took up writing. He has written 7 previous books.
