They’re a tad bit heavier but feel much sturdier than the QC35. I like how
the cushioning for the head isn’t fabric. It’s like a soft, pillowy,
slippery silicone. I find them more comfortable despite the (what I’m
guessing is) a metal frame making it slightly heavier than my older QCs. Easy
enough to adjust the ear pieces to my head and my hair doesn’t get caught in
them like they used to with the swivels in the QCs. Case is nice and slick but
not as compact as the QC’s which is understandable given that they don’t
have that annoying foldable swivel. There’s a neat compartment in the case
for the included wires; USB-C to USB-A for charging and 3.5mm aux.
They make you download the Bose App. It’s useful if you don’t like being
interrupted every hour with the battery update and for adjusting the noise
cancellation from 0–10 in increments of one. Otherwise, it’s just 0, 5 and
10 with the NC button. Touch controls aren’t difficult to learn and
adjust to.
All in all, another great pair of NC headphones from Bose.
