Author Biography

A musician on the British rock scene of the 1960s, Mike Evans began writing about popular music in the 19702 as a broadcaster in local radio and freeland writer. He wrote the much-acclaimed The Art of the Beatles in 1984, and in 2002 the best-selling Elvis: A Celebration. Mike is the author of over 20 books on musicians and rock and roll, most recently Fleetwood Mac: the definitive history in 2011 and in 2012 Neil Young. He lives and works in London.
