This book is a great gem full of informative and innovative routines.Comparing old methods with more modern concepts and methods.The choice is left to the reader to use what they think is better or suits them best. The information given in this text is superb and if nothing else makes training alot more diverse and enjoyable. A great book and well worth the read.
