Utilising a new system from Pixar the visuals are undoubtedly stunning however the strength of this movie is a classic story of a young person trying to find their place in the world. With a fantastic voice cast young and old are guaranteed to enjoy.

The animation is very good with voice overs by Billy Connolly, Kelly MacDonald and Emma Thompson. Set in a mythical Scotland the story carries both wisdom and a message. An enormous number of people were involved in the production and I am at a loss as to how it was made except they must have had a huge amount of fun. This is for those that still have a sense of fun.
This is worth the watch, great one to sit down with the family too!
Another good addition to the kids' library. I liked the Scottish flavour, and Billy Connelly did a good voice-job as the old king. I regard this as one of the better ones.
