Excerpt from Calendar, 1944-45 All medically fit women students are required to devote at least one hour a week to physical training. Particular attention is given to activities which assist in an all-round physical development. The women's activities are basketball, dancing, gymnastics, group games, light apparatus and volley ball. Lectures and demonstrations on bearing, walking, posture, dress and other aspects of personal appearance are included. No student with more than three (3) units outstand ing shall be permitted to register. As the College Session is short, the student must be prepared to do intensive work from the first day of the Session to the last.
