"DnD in 30 minutes"
5 stars"

Those who have played DnD in the past should be more than familiar with its roleplay and luck based mechanics. Call to Adventure uses a very similar system, except a lot more simplistic. You attempt missions, recruit allies, fight end game bosses during the main phase of the game. Your ability to excel at those depend on your chosen base stats, as well as luck. After completing the game, a full story is laid in front of you, and it is up to you and your creativity to finish the story however you like. If you're looking for a competitive game, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a game focused on storytelling and roleplay, this is the game just for you! Also a solo mode available too!

"It's about story telling"
4 stars"

If you buy this game expecting a tight, finely tuned game where you will dominate your friends through skill, pick something else. If you want to tell a fantasy epic in 30 minutes, give it a go

"Very poor components with luck based system"
2 stars"

Got this through kickstarter and was very unimpressed with the level of components. The cards are all low quality, boards were warped and tokens feel cheap as. Would not suggest spending $80 on this game.

Game involves “rolling” runes and trying to predict whether you will pass a challenge or not. Can be very luck based though there are ways to minimise risk, can be very one sided and snowball if one person gets lucky and the other doesn't.
