Description

In Can Humanity Change?, the great spiritual teacher J. Krishnamurti is in conversation with prominent Buddhists - his only recorded dialogue with religious scholars. Though Krishnamurti advocated the seeking of truth outside organised religion, many Buddhist teachers count him as an influence - including Toni Packer, Larry Rosenberg, Christopher Titmuss, and many teachers in the Insight Meditation community. Many also consider Buddhism to be the religion closest in spirit to Krishnamurti's teaching.

Author Biography:

Jiddu Krishnamurti (1895-1986) was one of the most influential spiritual teachers of the twentieth century. He traveled and lectured throughout the world until his death at the age of ninety. His talks and works are preserved in more than seventy books.
