Prior to this Pamela heldpositions as a Director in the European CDO group at BarclaysCapital, and a Director in the CDO group at Dresdner Kelinwort. Shehas over 10 years experience both as a cash CDO structurerand as a laywer involved in corporate, securities andsecuritization law. She has modelled and structured numerous CDOsin various currencies with a range of underlying assets and hasspoken at a number of conferences including the CRE-CDO Summit,London, the European CDOs & Credit Derivatives Conferencesponsored by IMN and the International Structure ProductConference.
