A lifelong fascination with primates led Dale Peterson to Africa, which he criss-crossed in hope of sighting chimpanzees in the wild. Author Biography:

Dale Peterson is also the author of The Deluge and the Ark: A Journey into Primate Worlds and Storyville, USA (Georgia). He is coauthor, with Jane Goodall, of Visions of Caliban (Georgia) and coauthor, with Richard Wrangham, of Demonic Males. Peterson teaches at Tufts University.
