Author Biography

Celeste Amorim Varum, Celeste is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Management and Industrial Engineering of the University of Aveiro, Portugal. Can Huang is a researcher at the United Nations University - Maastricht Economic and Social Research and Training Centre on Innovation and Technology (UNUMERIT). He holds a PhD in Industrial Management from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, an MS in engineering and a BA in Economics from Renmin University of China, Beijing, P.R. China. Joaquim Borges Gouveia is Professor at the Department of Economics, Management and Industrial Engineering, University of Aveiro, Aveiro, Portugal.
