Look closely at the picture, you can even see the blades say x-ac (as in x-acto) on them. Its just got a citadel branded exterior. Because it's x-acto the quality is good but you could literally get exactly the same tool/cutting quality for 20% of the cost on this site if you search for x-acto instead
