Everything in this book is so easy to understand. There are lots of songs (from all eras), exercises and scales (with shifts). All of them are on the accompanying CD. Even things like harmonics and tremolo are covered. It's all great except one thing. This book is in tablature. If anyone wants to learn to play the classical guitar they need to be able to read conventional notation (otherwise it's not classical guitar). This really lets the book down. It's not useful to a classical guitar player at all. Maybe it will appeal to rock players…
