When his family is murdered, a special-ops operative, Colonel Robert Sikes (Steven Seagal) turns vigilante and wages war on the criminal underworld. As a stealthy, one man assault team, he takes down street gangs, mobsters, and corrupt politicians with extreme prejudice.
