Dr. Good is the author of Introduction to StatisticsThrough Resampling Methods and R/S-PLUS(R), Introduction toStatistics Through Resampling Methods and Microsoft OfficeExcel(R), and Analyzing the Large Number of Variables inBiomedical and Satellite Imagery, all published by Wiley. JAMES W. HARDIN, PhD, is Associate Professor andBiostatistics Division Director of the Department of Epidemiologyand Biostatistics at the University of South Carolina. Dr. Hardinhas published extensively in his areas of research interest, whichinclude generalized linear models, generalized estimatingequations, survival models, and computational statistics. He isalso an affiliate faculty member of the Institute for Families inSociety at the University of South Carolina.
