What those steps mean is that it is the place of the Anointed Bible Teacher to teach the Word of God as directed and guided by Holy Spirit. Then, after that teaching, it is the responsibility of the Bible Student to decide to hear it or reject it even as it was in the Days of Jesus Christ.The Word of God is a rod of correction; therefore, the Word of God will never be palatable to the sinners of the world!
