Edward Pickering is an experienced racing, sportive, leisure and commuting cyclist and journalist who works for Cycling Weekly and Cycle Sport magazines. Elizabeth Hufton is a health and fitness journalist who has written widely on exercise, nutrition, women's health and injuries, and on running for beginners through to competitive athletes.
