"A fantastic heirloom book"

Beautifully presented and comprehensive, a bargain at the price. My only quibble is the old-fashioned presentation inside – it would be much easier to have the glossary alongside the text rather than at the back of such a large book.

I'm looking forward to keeping this classic or years to come. Such an impressive book to own!
