After eight months together, Tiffany is sure that Thomas is about to propose. So she is thrown completely off guard when, after a senseless argument, Thomas abruptly departs for a business trip. In an effort to cheer herself up, she calls her best friend Alicia, who invites Tiffany to come along to her cousin's wedding. But neither of them is prepared for what they are about to discover at that wedding!

Author Biography

Darrin Lowery, a Chicago native, grew up in the crime-ridden Englewood community, on the South Side. For the past seventeen years, Lowery has worked in the helping professions, spending eleven years with one agency as a social worker and many years at another, where he worked in an emergency shelter. He holds degrees in behavioral science and counseling from National Louis University in downtown Chicago. He currently resides in Chicago and is working on his next novel.
