Pretty much covers the main styles of kung-fu. If you talk to most martial arts sifu, teachers, and practitioners they will tell you that techniques are best learned first-hand as opposed to from a book (or DVD in this case), however if you are interested in learning about martial arts in a more general sense then this fits the bill. Hopefully watching this will stimulate interest in beginning the practice of martial arts for those who see it. Having it presented by the legend Gordon Liu is a bonus.

Description
