The detail on these vanguard models is incredible, the tiny aerial right down to reading the silver make and model badges on the boot and the red stripe sets it off nicely.

Peugeot 309 GTI Mk1 Silver RHD from Corgi's Vanguards range.
Originally developed as a successor to the Talbot Horizon using a stretched
205 platform and doors, ‘project C28’, as it was known internally, became a
Peugeot when PSA made the decision to drop the Talbot brand altogether. With the
305 still in production and likely to remain so, 309 was chosen to distance
the new car from any others in the Peugeot range.
The 309 GTI made its debut in February 1987, less than two years after the
309 range had been launched, and was immediately well reviewed by the press who
loved the car's handling balance and sheer vitality; qualities that have made
the 309GTI a cult classic among hot-hatch aficionados.
Original vehicle specifications:
A detailed die-cast scale model for the adult collector. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
