Author Biography:

ANANYA MUKHERJEE REED is associate Professor of Political Science at York University, Toronto where she is also currently Director of the International Secretariat for Human Development & Democratic Governance. Her previous book, Perspectives on the Indian Corporate Economy: Exploring the Paradox of Profits was published by Palgrave in 2001.
