Witty, humorous, and full of coded messages, the epistolary exchange between Pablo Neruda and Jorge Edwards between the years of 1962 and 1973 details the relationship that existed between these two writers, diplomats and friends, providing us also with a glimpse into those years of political and cultural turmoil. The letters, kept in the archives of Princeton University and the Neruda Foundation, were recovered by UN Diplomat Abraham Quezada Vergara; who also adds an analysis and notes for a better understanding.
