Description

Walk The Line:
Developed for seven years with the cooperation of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, Walk The Line focuses on the period in the mid-fifties when rock-and-roll exploded from a tiny studio in Memphis, Tennessee. The film follows Cash's meteoric rise to fame, culminating with his emergence as the 'Man in Black' at his historic concert at Folsom Prison in 1968.

Best Picture (Comedy or Musical) Golden Globe Winner 2005.

Titanic:
One of the world's greatest tragedies spurned the movie blockbuster of the century. Jack and Rose meet aboard the ill-fated Titanic but their love gives them hope and courage as their trip aboard the unsinkable ship becomes a struggle to survive. This film won 11 Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director.

Best Picture Oscar Winner 1997.
Best Picture (Drama) Golden Globe Winner 1997.

Moulin Rouge:
Christian, a young wannabe Bohemian poet living in 1899 Paris, defies his father by joining the colorfully diverse clique inhabiting the dark, fantastical underworld of Paris' now legendary Moulin Rouge. In this seedy but glamorous haven of sex, drugs and newly-discovered electricity, the poet-innocent finds himself plunged into a passionate but ultimately tragic love affair with Satine, the club's highest paid star and the city's most famous courtesan. Their romance is played out against the infamous club - a meeting place of high life and low, where slumming aristocrats and the fashionably rich mingled with workers, artists, Bohemians, actresses and courtesans.

Best Picture (Comedy or Musical) Golden Globe Winner 2001.

Braveheart:
Mel Gibson stars and directs this sweeping saga about Scotland’s brutal battle for independence in the 13th Century. When William Wallace’s (Mel Gibson) wife is ravaged and murdered by English troops, his quest for revenge quickly turns into an impassioned fight for his country’s freedom. Tales of Wallace’s bravery inspire every commoner to take arms against the English and escalate their crusade into a full-scale war.

Best Picture Oscar Winner 1995.
