Crushed Ice is told from the perspective of a man named Truth, who ironically lives a constant lie. His job (as well as his singular talent) is to destroy other people's lives for the right amount of money. Truth, a dweller in secrecy, wearer of many forms and teller of many tales, is calculating and cold as ice, using vast networks of informants, contacts and dupes to ply his trade. But Truth finds out how tough things can be when his carefully laid plans backfire and his life spirals out of control.

Author Biography

Eric Pete is an award-winning author and one of the hottest voices in contemporary fiction today. A graduate of McNeese State University, he resides with his family in the New Orleans area where he is currently working on his next novel.
