Description

Greed, Booze, Dope and Gators Gil Martin is a very likeable fellow and the folks around Cummins Swamp are always pleased to spend time with him, either hunting, fishing or just good friendly visits when he is in the area. Gil's good friend Cal Knowles lives on the edge of the swamp and works for the state park service. Cal knows the area very well and is always glad to assist Gil if and when he might need help. There is another family living in the swamp; they are the Talberts, Tony and Bert. Their cousin Carl Skinner lives with them and is known to drink too much. Tony is courting an Indian girl who lives on an island with her mother. She is a great help to Tony in helping him solve a few mysteries about strange happenings in the swamp. Gil being an undercover agent for the ATF needs lots of help as he becomes more and more involved with some mobsters who with the help of the local marina owner are attempting to distribute moonshine and narcotics into the local area, even the schools.
