Author Biography:

Carol Pastor trained as an illustrator and worked as a magazine designer before becoming a food writer, creative food stylist and food photographer. She writes food and travel features for national magazines and newspapers and has run a cookery school. She has worked as a consultant and recipe writer for a number of companies which include Whitworths Sugar and Electrolux Ovens. Carol is the author of six cookbooks, two of which she has photographed herself and five of them specialising in baking and patisserie, including Pastry Magic published by Cassell and Home Baking published by New Holland
