Author Biography

Dr. Floyd Boschee is Professor Emeritus of Educational Administration in the School of Education at the University of South Dakota. He is the author or co-author of 11 books as well as numerous journal articles. Dr. Bruce M. Whitehead is an elementary school principal as well as an associate professor of education for the University of Montana. As a result of his impact on education at state and national levels, he was awarded the National Distinguished Principal Award. One former Secretary of Education called Whitehead one of the most innovative educational administrators and visionaries in America. He is the author or co-author of 10 books as well as numerous journal articles. Allan A. Glatthorn (deceased) was a Distinguished Research Professor of Education (Emeritus) at East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina.
