"God Of War For Xbox."
5 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

First off, I have played God of war 1 and 2 so i know my way around these games. Dante's inferno is a great clone of god of war. I think the story is right on the line with god of war or even better. The graphics are great, the developers really know how to make hell, well look like hell. the game kinda goes down a little near the end, but the final cut sound is right on level with the final fanasty cut scenes. This game is must buy for people who loved god of war on ps2 but since brought a 360.

"GREAT game"

Dante's Inferno throws you right into hell with a giant scythe and pits you against some of the most awesomely groteque creatures imaginable. Between the stunning graphics, God of War styled melee/magic hack'n'slash combat, and wicked plot.. Dante's Inferno makes for one immersive and amazing experience. Once I started, I literally couldnt stop til id kicked the crap out of Lucifer's (somewhat exaggerated) shlong ;P

"Dante Alighieri would be rolling over in his grave."

This game can only be described as good of war mashed into classic literature, and then used pure cheese to fill in the gaps. There are a lot of gaps, but if you're a big fan of over-the-top cheese, unecessarily violent boss fights and used to read spawn comics, then this may just be the game for you. It has a fairly slow difficulty curve which spikes up every now and then with some overly-annoying enemies which just irritate you with unpreventable tickle-damage. At a glance, it looks bad enough to make you want to pound your head into the nearest solid object to undo any knowledge of its existence. But, once you embrace it for what it is, you can have a lot of fun and the layers of hell are actually quite nicely designed. You just need the right frame of mind before you sit down with this, the same mind-frame that made Arnold Schwarzeneggar's: Commando just so friggin' awesome. Oh, and this game has titties.

"Boring "
2 stars"

Main problem is that combat is very repetitive and boring, I would not recommend this game

"Underrated and overlooked"

Too many action games in this category: massive size bosses, absorb-soul-to-upgrade-combo leveling system, mini-puzzles in between. Dante's Inferno was not much more creative but compare with other better known names in this category, it only lacked some world class marketing. Worth playing through more than once.

"Good game"

This game will blow your mind. From the moment i turned on the console on and saw the intro video I knew this game was the game to get. its an awsome game and as they say its god of war for xbox. 8/10
