"Still Amazing" Purchased on Mighty Ape

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mighty Ape! The quality of the DVDs are incredible. This beings me all the way back to watching Dark Angel as a child. I still love it. I was so glad to find season one.

Jessica Alba in skin tight suits. That's the whole reason I first watched Dark Angel. But when you get pass that you find a enthralling and well thought out universe were the good guys aren't always good and the bad guys aren't always bad. The story draws you in and each episode leaves you wanting more. The biggest problem with Dark Angel is that it's only 2 seasons. So if you want great fights, complex characters and good storytelling Dark Angel is for you. Oh, and Jessica Alba is pretty good in those skin tight suits too.

"Pretty cool"

Classic 90's TV at its best. One of the better shows to spring up around this time. Max is a genetically enhanced girl on a mission- to find the other children like her. She hooks up with a guy who wants to save the world, so Max turns into a half thief, half superhero character. Backed up by her friends, Max gets in and out of trouble and has some pretty cool adventures. What makes this show interesting is the backdrop, set against a post-Pulse Seattle, a EMP that left all the electronics dead.

Not all weapons are created equal!

A group of genetically-enhanced children escape from a lab project. Years later we meet Max, one of the escapees who now works for a messenger service in the post-apocalyptic Pacific Northwest.
