After being a souls fan since before they were even a thing (kings field existed) I got this game at release and loved it.
Then I bought this version at week one and besides having the dlc incorporated on one disc and the scholar of the first sin actually showing up on the tile and menu screen the game is just without a.doubt the best from software has made.
From items, lore, story and npcs to the combat it fae surpasses dark souls, demon souls and the recently released bloodborne.
If you like a challenge and enjoy solid combat and haven't yet upgrade buy
it. You won't regret it
