We have enjoyed adding this set to our original DC Deck Building game, but we have found that the play is not quite as smooth and it feels like there is an in-balance in the game – ie you are meant to destroy cards frequently but you are destroying points and your chance to win in the process. This raises mental conflict as to what to do and therefore turns take longer than they might otherwise.
