The tenth book in the Sookie Stackhouse series, Dead and Gone is another fantastic addition to the family. Fans of the series will expect a fast paced, action filled ride, and this book differs slightly from the others because of that reason. It's a bit slower than we're used to, with the action picking up toward the end, however I enjoyed this fact and I felt that it gave a bit more ‘reality’ to the world in Bon Temps we have come to know.
As usual, Dead and Gone had me glued to every word. Sookie's life is about to take another turn as she is forced to say goodbye to a few people she (along with the readers) have come to love.
Always well worth the read!
