Description

An unexceptional woman in a quiet cafe, exasperated by the incessant ringing of an abandoned cell phone, confiscates it and thereby inherits the life of its owner, who happens to be dead. Author Biography:

Sarah Ruhl is a 'Playwright with a unique comic voice, perspective and sense of theatre' (Variety). Her first play, The Clean House, premiered at the Lincoln Center in New York and opened in the UK with Patricia Hodge in the lead. Sarah Ruhl lives in New York.
