Read the other 10 Sookie Stackhouse novels and think that there couldn't possibly be anything else left that Charlaine Harris could write about--!! Think again! Of course, in a world where vampires and werewolves exist, there's bound to be a bit of drama caused by the Fae (fairies!) One of the best in the series to date – can't wait for the next one!

Charlaine Harris does a brilliant job again of transporting you into the world of vampires, wearwolves and fae. Once I started I could not put it down. Sookie is one gutsy gal.

Brilliant! Everything die-hard True Blood fans would want!

I have to say when Sookie climbs into Bills daytime resting place naked It leaves me sitting on the edge of my chair!! Will they renew their past passions and give Bill what he has been longinf for– Or will it be Alcide the pack leader of the Weres who Sookie finds asleep in her bed. Make sure to pick up the next book Dead Reckoning in the Sookie series you will definitely not be disappointed. I loved it and cant wait for the next book. Hurry up Charlaine :)

If you are a Sookie fan, you will be interested to see what is happening in her life. There is the mix of humans, vampires, fairies, witches and were's as expected. However, there is a hint of change in all of the past and current relationships Sookie has. I get the feeling this book will lead into much more exciting things for her in the not too distant future. Looking forward to the next book indeed.

Another fantastic book in the Southern Vampire Mysteries/True Blood series. More intrigue, more drama, more danger, more mystery and more blood!

I am hooked on the characters in this series, and have to keep buying the books. This one adds more backgound about Sookie's gran­dmother and the familys relationship to the fae. Political circumstances open up possibilities in the saga of her past and present lovers – so will have to buy the next book to find out what happens next!

This book kept me riveted. There was more drama, more intrigue and characters long gone make an appearance. I am a real fan of the books and once again I was left wanting to find out what happens after this. Sookie's world is thoroughly engrossing and constantly surprising.

I love Charlaine Harris' writing style, this book is just as good as all the previous ones of the series. If anyone wants to start reading these books they are absolutely wonderful :)

I have been dying to read this since I put down the last one, Dead in the Family and now I am eagerly awaiting the 12th! Dead Reckoning didn't answer all the questions I was hanging out for after the last one, but it did leave me asking more. Whilst I could not put it down, I was left feeling like Harris was teasing us a little and just giving snippets of what may happen in the next book all the way through this one. A must read for all Sookie fans!
