Awesome game. Havent played this particular series of games before but this game is great. Storyline and action all good.

If you are a fan of the first 2 this is a must buy, beautiful to look at and even better to play.

Amazing price for the amount of fun you get.

The game itself is good, plenty of customization good enemies and a nice story. However, the game lacks in the ‘horror’ department, one of the things the game is advertised as. It also has a major problem with saving, its automatic save points are few and far between and you cannot save manually. I once lost an 1hr and 30mins progress because I never reached a proper checkpoint. I have looked at the forums of various websites and it is a common issue… Very weird. That did not stop me from going through the game though, most of it was enjoyable and the co-op feature is good if you have access to it. But for those seeking a sci-fi horror, this game is not as scary as its predecessors.

Great game, good sequal. Issac is a bit more human, perhaps too human in this game, but the gameplay and especially the coop are top notch. Worthy of the series but not quite as survival horror as the first 2 games.

A great game in itself, but lacks the horror and suspense that the DS1 and DS2 delivered. I love the co-op side of it though. Game is full of micro-transactions which is annoying but you can get through the game without them.

I am a big fan of dead space but this one has more potential as long as you can play it online its awesome.

Awesome game. Best in franchise. This game follows what you would expect from the other games but adds some great twists. It is still scary and challenging (especially first time) but because of the modifications and optional missions it allows you to really customise, whether it is one player or co-op. Rifle, flamethrower, laser weapons or bash and stomp, it is up to you. There are other cool bits and help to make this a thoroughly enjoyable game that i want to play again. Thanks EA.

Loved the first 2 Dead Space Games, this one is quite different, they've abandoned the isolation theme, and mixed up it with a bit of action.

I didn't actually the fact that they tried something different. If they stuck with the same formula, it could have made the game too boring.

The action sequences kinda made me feel like I was playing Uncharted, but with space zombies.

As a newbie to the Dead Space series this was a grand introduction. Thrilling gunfights and squirm-inducing Necromorph fend-offs piece this great game together. Absolutely amazing!

Pretty much the continuing story of dead space..but the story didn't seize me as 1 and 2 did

Worth playing to finish the trilogy but not as a standalone title

I haven't played it all the way through but so far it seems identical to the previous games if you're playing it alone. No companion in single player.

These games depend heavily on scares and atmosphere. If you don't find games scary and the atmosphere loses it's lustre after a few hours then it becomes quite boring. A monotonous, linear, occasionally frustrating plod.

Blowing apart necromorphs is fun at first but it gets old before long.
